Appartement
This luxury four-bedroom lofty duplex chalet apartment, with indoor/outdoor swimming pool & jacuzzi, is a rare find in one of the most snowsure villages in the Alps. Fantastically located in Prince des Cimes in the centre of Arc 1950 le Village, beside the Cabriolet to Arc 2000, with its ski-in and ski-out access!
Comfortably sleeping up to 10 people and decorated with luxurious warmth and style, Apt 4009 is a fabulous place to spend your holidays with friends or family. Located under the roof and encapsulating Savoie architecture, the centrepiece of this captivating chalet apartment is a stunning open kitchen/living/dining room, with vaulted ceilings and a cosy wood-burning stove. Apt 4009 benefits from two spacious private balcony’s with beautiful views of the slopes and stunning surrounding mountains, with plenty of seating options to enjoy the outdoors without ever really leaving the apartment.
Due to its elevated position, Apt 4009 benefits from fantastic views across the slopes and to the mountains surrounding Les Arcs while offering the serenity of not facing the village centre.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
With its four bedrooms and three washrooms, Apt 4009 is ideal for up to 10 people. Downstairs is one large super king-size bedroom, with bathroom ensuite (bath with shower, wash hand basin and WC). Also, a large private balcony with glorious views over the slopes and the mountains beyond.
On the main living floor are two further bedrooms. The bunkroom located charmingly under the eaves, contains two adult single bunks. There is a further guestroom at this level, with a double bed, which can be re-configured as a twin room. The main level has a further bathroom (bath with shower, wash hand basin) and a separate guest WC (with wash hand basin).
The upstairs, self-contained mezzanine (* see note below) again located snuggly under the eaves, contains another double bedroom, which can also be re-configured as a twin room.
*Note: The mezzanine will be renovated and converted into a fully enclosed fourth bedroom prior to December 2024.
A large double sofa bed can be set up as required (including optional bedding).
Apt 4009 can be equipped with high chairs, travel cots & bedding and stair gate on demand. Please note that in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions, additional mattresses are not provided with the cots.
Equipment
The main floor of Apt 4009 is a large, lofty open space with kitchen, living and dining areas, along with a kitchen bar area. The kitchen was recently completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for catering for ten people, including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespesso™ coffee machine, blender and fridge-freezer. There are fondue and raclette sets for a traditional Swiss evening in front of the log fire. Washer/Dryer, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board & iron are all available for your use.
A selection of toys and games spanning a wide age group are available, including items ranging from toy vehicles and a Playmobil ski lodge, to more mature items such as board games, playing cards and story cubes.
Relaxing
At the end of an exhilarating day in the mountains, allow yourself to be soothed by the spray jets and gentle bubbles of the outdoor jacuzzi or watch as the lights start to twinkle in le Village below your balcony. In our experience any remaining tensions can be relieved with roasted marshmallows beside the firepit in the centre of le Village. While Apt 4009 is always warm and welcoming, this might not stop you from lighting the fire to add to the cosy glow of an alpine evening overlooking le Village and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Comfortable sofas and large wall hung 65 inch Samsung The Frame Smart TV in the main living area.
If you want to head out to one of the bars or restaurants of Arc 2000, you can simply take the Cabriolet from outside the front door of Prince des Cimes. If you fancy a day off from skiing, challenge everyone to try out the famous Arc 2000 luge piste – you can use your lift pass to ride up to the top of the top of Arcabulle with your sledge.

Apt 4009 is equipped with free, high-speed fibre WIFI for your own private use and Bluetooth embedded ceiling speakers in the kitchen.
